FLIGHT 1
NV RedHeads Studio Return Of The Living Red – Australia, South Australia The nose had leather and blackberry, herbs and flowers, and some spice at the end. The palate was soft, with blackberry and black currant, some leather, and a little spice. The finish was a little hot. (89 Points)
2004 Grace Patriot Tempranillo El Dorado – USA, California, Sierra Foothills, El Dorado The nose had cherry and raspberry, espresso and spice, and some earth at the end. The palate was smooth, with lots of acidity. It had mocha and currant, cherry and raspberry, and a lot of herbaceous spice on the finish. (88 Points)
2005 Bodegas Valduero Ribera del Duero Crianza – Spain, Castilla y León, Ribera del Duero The nose had BBQ meat, blackberry, fried herbs, and some floral notes. The palate was soft, with blackberry and herbs, grilled meat, and a very mineral finish. (88 Points)
2006 Prince Florent de Merode Ladoix “Les Chaillots” – France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Ladoix The nose had cherry and strawberry, some earth, and just a little spice. The palate lots of strawberry and earth, a little spice, and a touch of cherry on the finish. (88 Points)

2007 Snowden Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve – USA, California, Napa Valley The nose had blackberry and roasted coffee beans, herbs and cream, and some licorice at the end. The palate was soft, and had blackberry and cream, espresso, spice, and an herbal finish. (91 Points)
2005 Château Les Gravières – France, Bordeaux, Libournais, St. Émilion Grand Cru The nose had chocolate and blackberry, spice and cherry, and a little earth. The palate was a little tannic, but had cherry and earth, blackberry, chocolate, and a spicy finish. (89 Points)
